• Profile & Preferences: Education, occupation, income range, family details, hobbies, and partner preferences — all tailored for tribal community matchmaking.
• Photos & Documents: Profile photos and (optionally) identity proofs for verification.
• Payment Data: When you subscribe to any plan (Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Premium Plus, or Elite), payment is processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card/UPI details on our servers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app — like profile views, interests sent, and session durations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to make Bihav better for you and your tribal community:

3. Sharing Your Information

We value your trust. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. However, we may share data in these cases:

• With Other Members: Your profile (name, photos, age, occupation, tribe, etc.) is visible to other Bihav members as per your privacy settings — only within the tribal community network.
• With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, payments, push notifications, and analytics. They only get the data needed to perform their tasks.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or government regulation, we may disclose information.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer several plans to enhance your experience. All prices are in ₹ INR and include applicable GST.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you haven't logged in for 24+ months, we may reach out to you before deactivating.
• Deletion: You can delete your account anytime from the app settings. Once deleted, your profile, photos, and personal data are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or fraud prevention purposes.

6. How to Delete Your Account (Simple Process)

We believe in giving you full control over your data. Deleting your Bihav account is quick and easy — you can do it directly from the app dashboard.

7. App Permissions

To give you the best experience, Bihav may ask for these permissions:

• 📷 Camera: To take and upload profile photos directly.
• 📍 Location: To show matches near you — especially within tribal regions of Chhattisgarh.
• 🖼️ Storage / Photos: To select and upload images from your gallery.
• 🔔 Notifications: To alert you about new matches, messages, and updates.

You can change or revoke these permissions anytime from your device settings.

8. Security

We take security seriously. We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission, store passwords using strong hashing, and regularly review our systems for vulnerabilities. However, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong password and never share your login credentials.

9. Children's Privacy

Bihav is strictly for individuals who are 18 years or older (or the legal age of marriage in India, which is 21 for men and 18 for women). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
